We sincerely hope you are satisfied with your purchase, but if you are not, we are happy to accept returns on most items.
Our commitment to you does not end with delivery. To make your return experience as pleasant as possible, we provide the following services:
• Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the order (this does not happen when the order is placed but when the package is in your hands).
• The RMA number is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. All packages received without an RMA number will be subject to a 25% restocking fee ($5 minimum)• Shipment rejection is considered a return of a package without an RMA number and may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.
• If the returned item is not in the condition it was shipped in (ie damaged cable, cracks, scratches, used glue, etc.), the return may be refused (or additional charges may apply). Products can be returned to you at your cost.
• If your item cannot be returned we will contact you and if we do not hear back within 7 days the item will be recycled accordingly.
